Sky Sports: Liverpool fee for Elliott to be decided by a tribunal

The 16-year old Fulham sensation, Harvey Elliott, is almost a certainty to join Liverpool this summer, probably over the next week or so.

He's eligible to move on for 'free' but Fulham will pick up a sizeable fee for the player, regardless.

But according to Sky Sports, Liverpool's fee for the young attacking player will be decided by a tribunal, as was the case with Dominic Solanke and Danny Ings.

The forward has apparently attracted the interest of European heavyweights such as Barcelona, Real Madrid and RB Leipzig but the youngster is a Liverpool fan.
