Salah could make LFC history against Man Utd
As if there wasn't already far more at stake on Sunday against Manchester United, there's a massive individual carrot that is currently dangling in front of Liverpool's Mo Salah.
The Red's Egyptian star is currently sitting on 49 Premier League goals for Liverpool (although he's scored 51, if the 2 for Chelsea are counted) and he stands to break a record for reaching 50 goals for a single club in a record amount of matches.
A goal against Man Utd on Sunday will move Salah on to 18 for the season, 50 in 63 games - something that will be a record for a player at one Premier League club.
Salah, of course, broke a number of records last season as he hit 44 goals, supplemented by 16 assists in all competitions.
At the moment, he is not on course to match that total but he does have 20 goals, supplemented with 8 assists but is definitely on course to hit an incredible amount of goals once again.
But our Egyptian King will be the first to tell us that it doesn't matter about personal accolades on Sunday; it's all about winning and claiming another 3 points.
