Reports: Leeds United want Liverpool duo
Reports this weekend are linking a pair of Liverpool strikers with moves to Leeds United. According to the Mirror, the Championship winners want Rhian Brewster and Big Div.
It's likely that one of the pair may be allowed to leave, with Origi the more likely of the two, after failing to build on his Champions League winning season two years ago.
Meanwhile, Rhian Brewster showed how deadly he was with the goals that sent Swansea to the play-offs last season.
Apparently though, Marcelo Bielsa wants both players. Which would seem a bit odd. It's likely he could get one of the two, but definitely not both, as the reluctance to buy Timo Werner has shown that we'll be relying on one to provide back up. At the very least.
The reports claims that Divock Origi could look to move to gain first-team football, whilst Leeds seem more interested in the Belgian due to his Premier League experience.
If they can afford the £20+ million it'd likely take to sign him permanently, or perhaps a loan-to-buy deal, then I really can't see any reason to stand in the striker's way.
