No LFC move for Hudson-Odoi
Considering the sheer depth and quality of Liverpool's wide/attacking options, from the first-team right through to the U19s, it would be a strange move if we were to move for Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi. But those were the reports late last week.
Over the weekend the Chelsea attacker had reportedly told the club he wanted to leave and Liverpool were reported to have been rivalling Bayern Munich for the player.
However, according to the Liverpool Echo today, Liverpool have made no move, nor have any plans to move for the player in the January window.
The well-known German publication Bild claimed late last week that the Reds had held advanced talks with Hudson-Odoi's representatives but the Echo reports that none of this is true and the club will make no move for the player. They even go as far as to claim that we've no interest in him at all.
The 18 year old is highly-regarded, and Bayern have seen increasing bids up to £35 million for the player rejected, despite having played just 15 times for the club since breaking into the first team squad.
