Match Preview: Liverpool vs Spurs
Date & time: Sunday 31st March 4:30pm GMT
Where: Anfield, Liverpool
What channel: Sky Sports Premier League
Referee: Martin Atkinson
Thank Batman that international break is finally over. We're free now and can get back to the important stuff, i.e. real football.
But besides possibly Man City, we couldn't have had a tougher task that beating Spurs on Sunday as our first game back after the break.
Man City, meanwhile, have the relatively straightforward job of seeing how many goals they can score against Fulham.
For Liverpool, unless Tottenham just don't turn up, will have a much harder task on their hands and will needs both Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino to find their form once again.
Injuries & Suspension
For the first time this season, Jurgen Klopp has a fully fit squad to choose from. Joe Gomez may return to the bench, but it's unlikely that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be rushed back too soon.
Elsewhere, Naby Keita and Xherdan Shaqiri should be back in the squad but are probably not likely to start.
For Spurs the international break wasn't as kind, with Eric Dier, Serge Aurier and Harry Winks all missing for the match tomorrow.
Liverpool: W-D-W-W-W (all comps)
Spurs: L-L-D-W-L (all comps)
With it being a fellow member of the top-6 arriving at Anfield Road tomorrow, and Naby Keita and Xherdan Shaqiri both only just returning to full fitness, we just can't see Klopp risk them from the start.
Also, Spurs will be fielding Kane, Alli, Son and Eriksen so we're likely to want that more 'stodgy' or 'Brexit midfield' as people have taken to calling it.
Either way, the Reds that take the field are going to have to be at their absolute best. We need a display similar to what we saw at Wembley at the start of this season.
Predicted starting line-up: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Milner, Mane, Salah and Firmino.
