Liverpool's Mo Salah ruled out of Egypt games with same ankle injury
It's an injury that Liverpool fans are all too familiar with right now, Mo Salah's ankle problem, but the news that he's been 'ruled out' Egypt's internationals will be a concern.
At one point against Man City, toward the end of the first half, it looked as if a robust challenge from the foul-friendly Fernandinho had seen his problem flair up again.
But he was able to continue throughout most of the second half and travelled with his national team. There was believed to be a problem before he left though, with LFC stating that they'd have preferred him to stay.
The Egyptian superstar wanted to go with his national squad though, however pictures have since emerged of him wearing a protective boot on his ankle.
There are, as yet, no concerns over his availability against Palace in just over 10 day's time, but the fact that he has reportedly now left the Egyptian squad will be something of a concern for the Reds' boss.
