Liverpool manager named Premier League Manager of the Month
The season is only a couple of months old but Liverpool are already racing ahead of their nearest rivals and have so far won 8 games in a row.
So it's of absolutely no surprise, and there'd be questions if he didn't, in all honesty, but Jurgen Klopp has taken the Premier League Manager of the Month award for September.
Jurg was up against the likes of Eddie Howe (Bournemouth), Frank Lampard (Chelsea) and Brendan Rodgers (Leicester City) who had all enjoyed positive months as well.
But Klopp won his games against Newcastle, Chelsea and Sheff Utd to take the award; the second he has won this season, having already won the first months' award in August.
With Liverpool not playing again until next Sunday, and then facing Spurs at the end of the month, he could make it 3 out of 3 alongside breaking the record for successive league wins at the same time.
It's also the 5th such award that the German boss has won since his arrival in England. All but one coming in the last 10 months.
