LFC issue statement on Coronavirus ahead of Anfield return
With the COVID-19 concerns growing more by the day, we may start to see football matches, along with other sporting events played behind closed doors pretty soon.
The Coronavirus outbreak has become such a concern at the moment though, that LFC have announced that visitors and supporters attending Anfield for the rest of the season are being asked to use hand sanitizers and antibacterial wash in public bathrooms.
The club have also declared that no mascots will be used during the outbreak, nor will the players be shaking hands or making unnecessary contact before or after the matches.
Any supporters displaying similar symptoms are being advised to self-isolate.
