Jurgen coy about Liverpool's left-back transfer plans for this summer
It wouldn't be Jurgen Klopp if he actually gave anything away about his plans in the transfer market, and thus it was the case when he was asked about the left-back position on Sunday.
The Reds have used Yasser Larouci, the young Algeria midfielder at left-back in one half of each of the last two matches, and it's clear we're a man short in that area already.
But there have been many calls from fans and ex-players in the media to fill in some quality and experience in areas where we have little-to-no back-up, such as this position.
Klopp was quizzed about this after the win over Bradford on Sunday, he said: "We will see. I have said already we have to think about everything and at the end maybe we do nothing.
"I can imagine we have a look at all the things around us.
"Of course we lost a left-back (in Moreno) but today we saw two pretty young ones, James (Milner) played it. We will see."
The youngster played in the first half, with James Milner filling in in the second half, but it surely can't be being considered that Milner acts as back up down the left, but is also seen as a member of our pretty extensive midfield group as well.
Either way, we'll surely start to see some movement in the transfer market soon, as the pre-season is really building with the team due to fly out for the club's US tour in the coming weeks.
