Glatzel wants to lift LFC youth treble
He scored another couple last night, those being his 25th and 26th goals of the season and he's managed a few doubles or trebles this season, besides but Scouse youth star Paul Glatzel isn't prepared to rest on his laurels and wants even more.
Glatez's U18's currently sit top of the Premier League North, take on Dinamo Zagreb next week in the UEFA Youth League and knocked Bury out of the FA Cup last night and are big favourites to go on even further.
But the young forward's not prepared to be content and wants to grab himself a treble this season. Speaking Liverpoolfc.com, the Germany U18 international said: "Definitely it adds something to it.
"We do want to win the league but we want to win every competition we’re in, especially this competition. It’s one of the biggest and we just need to keep going.
"We are looking forward to every round as it comes, but we have to take every game as it comes. We’ve done that and it’s a great competition. We want to go all the way."
The Scouse-born German youth international dovetailed wonderfully with his forward partner Bobby Duncan, who scored and assisted himself and showed great promise for the Reds' future attack.
