Anfield will host a WSL fixture for the first time in club's history

Liverpool's historic ground will make history in November, as Liverpool FC Women will take on Everton in the Merseyside derby at Anfield.

It will be the first time that a Women's Super League fixture has taken place at Anfield, for what is sure to be a massive occasion.

LFC CEO Peter Moore told the club's official website: "We’re incredibly proud to have our women’s team play their first league game at Anfield and for it to be a Merseyside derby against Everton makes it extra special.

"Our fans now have the opportunity to watch our women’s team at our spiritual home and I’m sure it will be a memorable occasion.

"We look forward to extending the warmest of welcomes to Everton’s players, staff and supporters."

Adults tickets will be available for £5, and will be able to take up to 3 children each for free. So take your family along to cheers the girls on and get a first Anfield derby win for our women's team!
